  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original protective casing and use a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent terminal damage or leakage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to ensure tracked delivery to our warehouse.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the voltage and physical condition of the returned units, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
