The WC-PB39 is a custom Wall Charger that plugs directly into Batteries America brand PB-39 style battery packs (PB-39N, PB-39, PB-39H; Ni-Cd & Ni-MH). Overnight charge time - varies with battery capacity. WC-PB39 charging rate = 200mA/hour. For use with 110-120VAC wall outlets. This wall charger plugs into the battery ONLY; it is polarized center NEG. This WC-PB39 enables you to charge a battery without using the radio.
If you need a Wall Charger to plug directly into the TH-D7A, TH-D7E, TH-G71, TH-G71A etc, please choose the WC-34-39. The WC-34-39 is center POS(+) and goes into the DC jack on the radio. This would slow-charge a battery thru the radio, while the battery is on the radio.
